Last week was semester break which means the kids had Friday and Monday off from school. The week where there wasn't any school on Friday, there were snow days on that Monday and Tuesday. Know what that means? The need to burn off some steam and build snowmen and forts!

| It warmed up to almost 40 degrees later in the week which made for awesome snow for snowmen and tunnels. I think this guy is around to stay for awhile. |
Wait...wait...just a bit longer...THERE they are! Would you believe this tunnel goes from our front yard all the way to pool parking lot across the street? OK...maybe not...but it would be pretty cool if it did, wouldn't it?! (It is about 7-8' long, though. Impressive!)
Dad successfully makes it through, too. What an awesome tunnel!
Playing in the snow was fun and the kids (specifically Trent) went through several pairs of gloves and mittens before the fun was over, but we are all a bit tired of the c-c-c-cold. When is it ever going to warm up a bit?
